Do Not Enter the Void

In a world where collectivism prevails, individuality is suppressed, and voices differing from the ruling party are silenced, what truly affects us? Is it the "illusory grandeur" of the collective, or the human brilliance embodied in each specific, individual life around us?

This project centers on Existentialism, drawing inspiration from Absurdist Theater and DADA in its artistic approach. It aims to further explore the old question: "If everything is ultimately meaningless and destined to fade away, what is still worth loving and protecting?"

Yesterday’s World: Defying Reality with the Absurd

In a world where slogans control thought and language has never been free to express itself, if I must resort to a subtle way of storytelling, how can I convey this resistance?

Animation to Game

In 2020 I first created this work as a 3D animation. In 2024 I transformed it into a narrative game to enhance emotional interaction and immerse the audience more fully. Players must respond to the storyline to progress the narrative.

Game UI

I used ComfyUI's IPAdapter style transfer to create the game portraits for the two human characters.

Technical Implementation

I used Unity's interactive storytelling extension Fungus to create character dialogue scenes in the game.

War is an unavoidable theme in human history, closely tied to Dadaism, Existentialist Literature, and Absurdist Theater. It prompts us to reflect on the absurdity of war, the void behind grand narratives and extreme nationalism, and the importance of connection and warmth between individuals.
